The short version

LeaseNow is a private member marketplace, not a public location directory. We use account and marketplace information to operate the platform, review qualifications, connect participants, retain decision history, and protect the service. LeaseNow does not currently sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

1. Scope and operator

This Privacy Policy applies to the LeaseNow website, member workspaces, and related pilot services administered by Malagon Systems LLC (“LeaseNow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It does not govern a third party’s independent website, service, contract, or privacy practices.

The current pilot is designed for local vendors, property teams, and event organizers operating in Florida.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account information, such as name, email address, password credential, roles, and account status.
  • Business and profile information, including business name, category, phone number, service area, vehicle or setup dimensions, and other qualification details.
  • Organization, property, location, and space information entered by authorized hosts or organizers.
  • Documents submitted for review, such as permits, licenses, insurance records, and associated expiration information.
  • Opportunity, application, availability, booking, review, and decision information, including notes and retained submission or decision history.
  • Records about payments completed outside LeaseNow. The pilot does not collect or process card numbers, bank credentials, refunds, payouts, or payment disputes.
  • Messages, support details, and other information you choose to submit.

Information collected through use

  • Technical and security information such as IP address, browser or device type, request timestamps, session activity, error records, and security events.
  • Local browser storage used to remember theme preferences and, while signed in, maintain your session and account context.
  • General usage information about the features and pages used within the service.

Information from other participants

Hosts, organizers, vendors, and authorized administrators may provide information about marketplace activity involving you, such as application decisions, review notes, availability, or booking status.

3. How we use information

  • Create accounts, authenticate members, enforce roles, and maintain secure sessions.
  • Operate vendor, host, organizer, and administrative workspaces.
  • Review vendor profiles and documents, match qualifications to opportunities, and retain accountable decision history.
  • Publish member-only opportunities, manage applications and availability, and create booking records.
  • Maintain records of external-payment status without processing the payment itself.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other security or reliability problems.
  • Respond to requests, troubleshoot the service, comply with law, and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • Understand and improve the pilot using limited operational and product information.

4. How information is shared

We disclose information only as reasonably needed for the following purposes:

  • Marketplace participants. Authorized members may see information needed for a specific opportunity, application, qualification review, booking, or managed property. Access depends on role and workflow.
  • Authorized administrators. LeaseNow administrators may review accounts, submitted documents, applications, payment records, and activity when needed to operate and secure the platform.
  • Service providers. Infrastructure, hosting, security, storage, and technical providers may process information for us under appropriate service arrangements.
  • Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or respond to lawful requests.
  • Business changes. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

LeaseNow does not currently sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising. If that practice changes, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by law.

5. Your choices and privacy requests

You can review or update many account, profile, organization, location, and opportunity details from the appropriate workspace. You may also request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information associated with your account, subject to authentication and legal exceptions.

Depending on where you live and whether a particular privacy law applies to LeaseNow, you may have additional rights, including the right to appeal a denied request or opt out of certain data practices. LeaseNow does not currently engage in personal-data sales or targeted advertising.

To protect members, we may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. If another organization controls information in its workspace, we may direct the request to that organization.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, keep marketplace and decision records, protect accounts, resolve disputes, satisfy legal or operational requirements, and enforce agreements. Retention can vary by record type. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, deidentify, or securely archive it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information we maintain. These include authenticated access, role-based controls, protected document handling, session revocation, activity records, secure transport, and restricted production configuration.

No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password confidential, use a unique password, sign out on shared devices, and notify the person who invited you to the pilot if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Children

LeaseNow is a business marketplace intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly allow children to create member accounts. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so the situation can be reviewed.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the pilot, technology, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the platform or another reasonable channel.

10. Contact and requests

For a privacy request or question, use the support channel provided with your LeaseNow pilot invitation or contact the administrator responsible for your account and ask that the request be directed to Malagon Systems LLC, Privacy, in the Fort Myers, Florida area. Please do not include passwords, full financial credentials, or unnecessary sensitive documents in a request.

If we deny an eligible privacy request, you may reply through the same channel and ask for an appeal.
